Description

The Plague Outfit is an Epic skin that first came out in Fortnite Season 6. This costume is a perfect fit for their halloween theme and is one of the more unique outfits available. Resembling a bird, it has a long leather beak. Also it has an old school medical practitioner aka doctor vibe with Black and Brown shades throughout, overalls with areas that have small containers stashed. Plague is also the male version of the Scourge Outfit and comes with the Dismal Cape Back Bling.

This skin is part of the Grim Medicine Set which has a total of six cosmetic items. Also in the set is the Scourge Outfit (Epic), Arcanum Back Bling (Epic), Dismal Cape Back Bling (Epic), Lamplight Glider (Rare) and the Herald’s Wand Pickaxe (Rare).

How to Get

Just like most costumes, the Plague Skin can be purchased in the Fortnite Item Shop. When available it will cost you 1,500 V-Bucks.
