Description
The Flatliner Pickaxe is a Rare harvesting tool that first came out in Fortnite Season 5. This axe features a medical pole while the top has a saw. In addition there is a dextrose bag while the tube wraps the pole and ends at the bottom. It also has tape on it for grip, pressure gauge and a rubber glove that has been inflated.

Part of the Support Squadron Set which has a total of six cosmetic items. Featured is the Triage Trooper Outfit (Epic), Field Surgeon Outfit (Epic), Airlift Glider (Epic), Care Package Back Bling (Epic) and the Gurney Gear Back Bling (Epic).
How to Get
To get the Flatliner Harvesting Tool you will have to buy it in the Fortnite Item Shop. When it returns it will cost you 800 V-Bucks.
